I was born in KY. Raised in KY. Moved to TN at 16, met Guy, and fell in love. We graduated from the same high school and went to the same college. Disgustingly sweet right? Just kidding, I like sweet ooey gooey mushy things, once in a blue moon. I really do love guy, very very much. Even though some days he might think otherwise. Don't tell, but he doesn't realize how much he helps me make it through a lot of days.
Back on track. We did go to the same college and I graduated with a BSN. I work at a local hospital and I do enjoy my job and the opportunity to help out people who are truly sick. I also like the science side of my job, so every now and then I may just go on a tangent about something that may truly gross you out...I'll do my best to warn you though! I will occasionally use curse words, usually to make a point, and my thoughts about that are that if I'm going to think it....well, you know.
On the days I'm not slaving away in the ER, I do like to work on things around the apartment. I just finished repainting our old kitchen table that we got for $30 when we got married. Valspar Weathered Crackling...you are my friend! I like old, rustic furniture and accessories. Now the goal is to figure out a new table centerpiece. What else do I like to do? I like to be outside. I like to cook, (Paula Dean recipes are a favorite). I like to laugh.....you know, the kind where you laugh so hard you cry. Fall is my favorite season....yay for the beginning of September!!! I am not a tom boy, but I'm not prissy by any means. I do not care about typing errors, so if it offends you....don't read my post. Guy says I'm quirky...and he's right, though I hate to admit it. I believe in God and that He places us just where we need to be when we need to be there. (Guy and I were fortunately raised in the same Christian Denomination, so that was not a major issue to resolve when we got married.)
O.K. I'm tired of typing and the not-so-evil Abby cat is currently creating a heat vaccum from my left side. Good Nite.
